Directions:  Apply 2-3 times a week. Massage scalp after application for 3-5 minutes. You can also use it as a hot oil treatment. Place in a tub of warm water, apply to scalp and hair. Cover your head with a plastic cap and sit under a heated dryer for 20-25 minutes. Rinse and style as usual. *If blow drying or applying heat, apply growth oil after any heating service.
